Shad started his career in the insurance industry providing Life, Health, Property and Casualty Insurance in the Southwest. His work ethic and love for helping people earned him “Rookie of The Year”, followed by a successful track record for several years. Although he enjoyed helping clients with insurance, his passion always steered towards real estate and business.

Pivoting to real estate, Shad oversaw acquisitions of single-family homes direct from consumer for one of the largest I-buyers in the country. Shad negotiated and purchased over 1000 properties nationally totaling over $360 million, in 19 different markets with production in the top 1% for all acquisition specialists.

Growing up in an entrepreneurial family Shad developed a distinct passion for mom and pop local businesses, and his father was even a small business owner himself. Shad’s genuine interest in helping others, transaction experience and negotiation ability made business brokerage a natural transition.

In his free time, he enjoys watching football, dreaming up his next cocktail recipe, and spending time with his family.
